My deepest appologies for the colors. It's not my fault! I only have a limited selection of pencils and....and this is the first pic I have colored with two people requiring skin tone....and we won't even TALK about what my scanner did to the pick, but let's just say that, before i did some emergency darkening, Yuki looked like a member of the undead...
still does, actually.... If anyone out there has done an AU fic wherein Yuki is a vampire, let me know and this can be some free publicity for you. :-P Maybe I can try to redo the color in photoshop....I keep saying that but i never have time to fiddle with any of my drawings. If only I had a laptop, I could take it to work with me when I'm normally drawing... Anyway, I was overall pleased with the lineart for this one. Took the time and white knuckling to ink it too. The pose was from the How to Draw Manga: couples book. The faces and expressions were all me although i don't own Gravitation or anything. Was pretty happy with the hair this time around too...for both. I think my problem before was that I only considered hair that afterthought fluff on the top of character's heads. i take a lot more time with it now. |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on.
